I’m a Virtual Assistant based in Northern Ireland, providing flexible, reliable support to small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping you stay organised, visible, and focused on what matters most.

A little about me

With over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles, I understand first-hand the challenges that come with running a business and juggling multiple responsibilities.

My background spans the insurance, recruitment, and network marketing industries, where I’ve developed strong skills in customer service, relationship building, and delivering results.

Alongside my Virtual Assistant business, I continue to run my own network marketing business, where I have built and mentored a team of over 800 independent entrepreneurs. This experience has strengthened my ability to stay organised, manage priorities, and support business growth, skills I bring directly into my work with clients.

My experience as a Virtual Assistant

While I have been running my Virtual Assistant business for over two years, I bring many years of experience in similar roles across previous positions, where I supported businesses with administration, client communication, and day-to-day operations.

Prior to formally setting up my VA business, I had already been providing ad hoc support to a training business for two years, giving me valuable hands-on experience in working remotely and managing a variety of tasks independently.

Since launching my VA business, I’ve continued to support a range of clients with their day-to-day operations, building strong, long-term working relationships. I now also work closely with clients in a more Executive Assistant capacity, providing higher-level support to help manage workloads, streamline processes, and keep their businesses running smoothly.

During this time, I’ve supported tasks such as:

  • Managing client communications and calls

  • Creating presentations and supporting training delivery

  • Managing social media campaigns and engagement

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks

This combined experience has given me a well-rounded skillset and a strong understanding of how to support businesses effectively behind the scenes.
